Rates $140 per 50-minute session

Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment Cash or check or credit/debit card are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance as you are able. Let me know if you are cancelling due to illness or car issues, etc.  A no show is not good. When people don't show up for a scheduled appointment or have multiple cancellations, it suggests they are not ready for counseling. I am quite willing to offer future appointments to someone who has been waiting to come in.  

If a client goes two months or so with no appointments, it suggests we are done with counseling.  It may be difficult to get back in after a long absence.
